It depends on which kind of place you want to go. It's snowing in himalayas, you can go to Shimla, Manali, Solan, kasol, Mussoorie. Or if you want a romantic different experience try going to Nashik, Maharashtra. Vineyards! Wine tasting and it's season now you will be surrounded by grapes. Andhaman or Lakshadweep is best option if u want to ur honeymoon to be adventurous.... Scuba diving, snorkeling, kayaking, as well as sandy beaches, turquoise blue ocean..... Write back to me and I can suggest you many other places depending on you and your partner's taste.

Are you looking for domestic or international honeymoon trip? Domestic will be cheaper of course and I feel going to the hills would be a great idea. if international, then Thailand is pretty cheap.
