2 nights for jaisalmer and 1 night stay for jodhpur might be ok. for jaisalmer try to stay in sand dunes, many option available.

You need atleast 2 days fr Jodhpur..Mehrangarh fort , Jaswant thada , Umaid Bhawan palace, Bal samand lake and inner city are the main tourist attractions. for jaisalmer you can visit fort and sam . You will get many tent in Sam dunes as now it is tourist season but mostly foreigners travel during December to February. Samsara resort , Manwar resort are best options .. Have a grear trip
