You can plan for parvati valley and kheerganga trek(Kasol). There won't be crowded this time. And yes Kasol grahan Tosh is doable, and this also comes under lower Himalayan trekks

Yes, it's doable but recommended to undertake this trek along with experienced guide or sherpa as it's a bit challanging. also not sure how many people are there in your group

Kasol, Grahan and Tosh are in the same valley that is Parvati Valley you can take a bus from Kasol and reach Barshaini and from there you can start you trek to Tosh or Kheerganga bus price is only 50/-rs and Grahan is also not far from Kasol you can easily trek to Graham.
