Hi, in summer 2019 I did pretty much this tour but in self drive with my wife. I rented an SUV from a rental company autopark.kg and a local tour company kyrgyzstantravel.kg organized everything for us. It was cheaper for us than buying a full tour package. This was our first trip to Central Asia and we loved it. only be careful in the bazaars, there are a lot of pickpockets
