I am planning to travel to jaisalmer in 1st week of Feb 2020. Can anyone suggest me good stay options within jaisalmer and sam sand dunes.. also any idea if we can hire self drive car in jaisalmer..else some good cab hiring options..

Try zostel in jaisalmer ... very good place to stay also The Desert Palace
