I was hoping to get cab from airport for all this itenary on the day of arrival. Is it possible to get cab with itenary like this? Is that going to be very expensive or any other suggesstions.

Imphal to loktak is 45mts drive. There seems to be only cab services available to Loktak and cost comes around to 400 to 500rs for dropping. To explore within the city you can use their rickshaw services. From Loktak it takes 3 hours to reach Mohreh border. Here too there seems to be no direct bus services, so it's better to use a cab. Cost comes around to 2.5k to 3K. From Mohreh Ukrhul is 6 hours l will cost you not less than 5 to 6k.
Imphal is 3 hours away from Ukhrul. There are buses here, not sure kindly check in the local bus station or in the resort you stay in. Cabs are there, shared cabs are there. Cost must be coming within 3k. If I am not wrong your cab expenses must be coming within 13k to 15k.
