Well, because of corona epidemic , some things might not be there. so obviously you ain't gonna feel and enjoy the same. clubs will be shut, theatres, malls. beaches will be open.

Hi Bhat, I'm afraid if you're travelling to Goa between 20-23rd March 2020, you might not get to experience anything as the state has been put under lockdown till March 31st. The state government of Goa has directed closure of all educational institutes, pubs, clubs, gyms, casinos, cinema halls, spas and boat cruises. It's advisable to avoid non-essential travel in order to stay safe and prevent the spread of coronavirus.
