You can upload on youtube and then paste the link on upload video option.

You can't directly upload videos here. You need to add the link of you tube or Instagram video.

You have to upload the same on YouTube and then copy the link here. directly uploading video on tripoto is not available

You can simply click on the plus icon. click it and you will have various options to add photos, video from Instagram or YouTube or even Facebook.

You can't upload any video directly. You have to either upload to Facebook, Insta, Vimeo, You tube .. then share that link in the post.
