I had already paid 2500 advance booking amount on 10th of January 2020 for my Manali trip to spin on holiday (travel agency) which was suggested by Tripoto only. But after paying money they don't respond to my call. what is the current situation please let me know. My trip was a schedule from 27th
Hi Deepak, you will have to contact the travel agency whose tour it is. They will be able to help you out. We only host tour packages. Cancellation and other inquiries are resolved by them. Ask them if you can change the tour dates.
I have made an advance payment to book a trip to goa and the next day i did get call from the travel partners but suddenly some personal thing came up so i wont be able to go. So i would like to know how'll get my payment back?
