I'd like to know if Leh Ladakh is open for tourism and if anyone has come across guidelines for tourist quarantine time. TBH I'm not able to see them anywhere.

Cuz of border disputes you can't cross gulaba via kinnaur, impossible cuz chaura border is not.open for others
