Hi, do let us know what the Tripoto Team has done about this. Rather unprofessional to simply say, "better luck next time" If they haven't done anything to help you out, start tweeting. Also there are YouTube vloggers collaborating with Tripoto - you can start commenting on their videos on how unprofessional the team really is. Start asking the "ohg -so famous - travel vloggers" if its worth it to collaborate with such unprofessional people.
