Do not waste your time talking with any subordinate associatives, talk with someone on a managerial position.
Keep contacting again and again if they're not responding. If all fails, drag them to the consumer court.
Most of the Operators in North East Region are giving credits like the Airlines and are asking to take trip later on with validity of Credits till March 2021 and are not giving refunds even after agreed for deduction standard cancellation charges / Penalty stating that they are in huge loss and all the trips are cancelled.
