Hey Sidhant, Usually you can't cancel your trip ... All you can do is change your tour plans, I mean dates of your travel ... But they might have changed the rule and would accept your cancellation ... Check once by contacting them through messaging also from your Tripoto page ... Happy Blogging and Happy Travelling!!!

The best option is to change the date or if you don't want to travel just send another person instead of you.

I think cancelling is still possible but you won't get your credits back. Best would be to check with Tripoto team
