I have a budget of around 4K , what's the best destination anywhere around North India. Looking for mountains, snow, & peace. Planning for last week of may.

Where are you from? If Delhi, you can trek in Himachal. But 5k is approximate budget. Spend minimum on traveling like go by a normal bus. Then you can possibly complete in your budget
