Looking at the given situation, better avoid or postpone the trip. I am sure the trip manager will be ready to understand the situation. Be Safe
All are self booked no tour company.
U can postpone you travel and it's shld not be Problem as most of them are offering alternatives due to corona flu.

I suggest you cancel the plan as when u come back for sure you will be quarantine for 15 days by Indian Gov. As they have already made policy of not travelling abroad. As u said all bookings are non refundable just check with airlines and hotel bcoz of corona many are refunding and giving option of rescheduling.

Yes you should skip this trip as turkey falls under both Europe and Asia so their are more chances of falling I'll.
