I have earned 55 credits for my trip that I posted two days ago according to an email I received from Tripoto, however when I am checking my account it is still showing 0 credits under my name? Can anyone suggest how can I claim my credits ?

It takes around 24-48 hours for credits to be earned. Plus you can also refer "earn credits"

It generally takes upto 48 hours to receive the credits. If you haven't received, then you should mail your query to Tripoto at info@tripoto.com

Dear fellow traveler, It will for sure reflect in a while... Sometimes, the App and also the website works slow... If it doesn't happen for more than 48 hrs then write a query mail to info@tripoto.com and get it resolved...
