They should have mailed you about that. If you are not informed with reason, you can raise a clarification from tripoto support.

Dear fellow traveler, sometimes it takes long to publish your trip 4-5 days. Once your trip is published, your credits will be added to your account. If not drop an email to info@tripoto.com Tripoto will email you and let you know why you don't get credits.
