Hey Pramod, I also tried to redeem it today but I also faced the same thing. It is because every time they provide only 10 goody bags, and who redeems first gets it. Try the next and do that as early as possible.

Hey Pramod, Out of the total 200 credits 100 should be earned this month to redeem Goody bag. This condition is not showing in app so open your profile on Tripoto site. Hope this helps.

Hi Pramod, It seems that all coupons are already redeemed by some other people. You must have seen that there are option to see how much coupons available. So if there are 2 coupons then that may be already redeemed. You are late this time, don't lose hope, better luck next time. :)
