I have published my photo Blog and trip but till now o didn't get any credit from tripoto. can you please telle when I will get credit..

If the photo used in the photo blog and the content in the trip that you have published fulfills the standards laid by Tripoto, you will get credits. However you don't get credits just after posting the trip or the photo blog. It may take time (a few days or weeks).
