Majorly South indian states don't celebrate holi at all.
So, you can visit Kerala or Tamil Nadu.
Well in this all globalised world everyone is playing holi today.

If you don’t like playing with colour or crowd then the places which are worth visiting for Holi are the only places worth avoiding . It depends on person to person . Liking of one may be disliking of another
