Some time it Takes time for Publishing Posts. Normally it takes 24 to 48 hours.

When it shows pending kindly wait for few days. Then if still pending send a mail to info@tripoto.com. You might get a response. The same happened to me and I got approval after days, but went to the next level slowly.
