Hi, Matheran is really beautiful at this time of the year and bike is the best mode of transport because of the road conditions. If you don't own a bike, I think I have a good option for you to transport. I would like to suggest Shride rental bike services because there are many reasons like you can take service without any deposit, plus these are the electric bikes so while travelling you don't need to worry about fuel and its environmental-friendly too.
