Hi Manas, Don't be disheartened, Spiti can still be reached but you won't be able to enjoy as much as other places because of cold. From Kasol you can head to tosh that is one hour away from there. You can spend a day there then you can head to Manali. In Manali stay in Vashist that is 2kms away from Manali and enjoy the beautiful winter valley. Don't try to rush it. Chilling is the way to travel around mountains. Carry sufficient warm clothes and have a great trip. Keep exploring!
