carry good pair of treking shoes
carry basic medicines specially avomine, crepe bandage, pain reliving spray, ors packets
a flash light
a trekking stick
pair of socks and treck pants
a light weight rain coat
hand gloves and cap
winter warmers/thermals rest check with your leader or organizer. happy trekking
First a fall acclimatise urself for a day or so.
Listen to ur body all the times.
Dehydrate urself time to time.
Carry less luggage so it will be easy to hike or climb.
Have good pairs of trekking shoes.
Listen to the trek leaders all the times, don't b in a hurry.
