Hello anand. The same situation happens with most of us. As ur budget is limited it is advisable for you to travel to Delhi from Hyd via train. Later you can opt for local transport. And also dont book hotels in advance as this is a off season you can find plenty of home stays at lesser costs.

You can go to Kashmir with that Budget. but it is not sufficient if you want to stay and see all the local attractions.
