Uhhh... You can find snow if you can try reaching out a bit higher altitude. Shimla is in solan district. You can find out plenty of buses to reach out Manali in Kullu district, it will take about 9 hours to reach there. The beauty of snow filled mountains are really mesmerising. Hope you have a great trip...

Yes, you can found snow at kufri top, fagu, narkanda & baaghi (near by places to shimla).

Hey Shebeen, If you want to experience snow, I suggest that you forget Shimla and instead, head to Manali. I returned from Sethan (20km from Manali) just day before and it was blanketed in snow! There was up to 6ft. of snow and it was absolutely beautiful!

You may find snow there. You should go to Kufri and Narkanda if possible. U will find more snow in these two places. Happy and safe journey!!

Kufri and fagu are not far away from Shimla, approx 45 mins distance. You can still find snow there

Shimla probably if you visit Kufri. Mostly if you wish to see snow you need to travel Manali & ofcourse Solang Valley can be in your check list if you opt for visiting Manali.
