1. Avoid hot months (Mar-May) and peak months (Nov-Jan mid). Best time Jan mid-Feb since the international travellers go back to their respective countries 2. If its the first time to Goa, better stay near the most accessible place - preferably Baga. Lots of eateries to try and easier to get back home alone in case you get a little tipsy
3. Roam around in scooty (daily rate 300-500 rs) 4. Try Booking.com/Agoda for free cancellation/pay at hotel options, keep on booking/cancelling till you get the best option suitable for you
5. Don't fall for rave parties in Anjuna. stay safe 6. Carry loads of sunscreen
Goa is so amazing for chilling & relaxing! Take your own sweet time and explore around. You can stay in & around Panjim (safest, as it is the bustling heart of Goa)...or stay in South Goa and explore the beautiful beaches there.
Do eat at the plethora of amazing eateries serving traditional Goan food, catch some awesome sunrises or sunsets at the beaches, check out one of the night markets or flea markets, and just soak in the boho vibe!
