Both are good places.Both are obviously places of beaches,but Goa will be more peaceful than Pondissery. The climate over pondi will be more sunny as of now than Goa. Goa will be more expensive than Pondissery obviously. You may cost around 4k for two days of stay over there. And travel expenses will be another part depending upon where you are coming from. It is preferred to hire or rent a scooter or car to around,as the taxi and auto will charge you more than anything else. That's it. Have a safe and happy journey!
