Hey Saurabh, Yes, this is a good time to visit hill stations ( less crowded + budget friendly ). You can also get snowfall if you are going to Kashmir or Leh. Happy travelling!!!!!!

Yes, weather will be better and because of exam season crowd will be less. But carry woolens with you as some time it may be very cold in the nights.
