It is a perfect time to visit Manali there is a possibility of moderate snow in the next week, after Feb if you want to experience snow activities you need to travel a lot as the snow in city area disappears and you can find snow only in the mountains. If you are looking to travel to Leh by bike then you need to plan your trip somewhere in March because the roads are mostly closed because of snow till Feb end or March first half.

Go ahead my friend. It's the best time to visit manali. Some of my friends are in Manali right now and they are enjoying Snow and everything about manali. I am going in first week of march. Happy Journey.

Yes ofcourse you can come to Manali. Roads are open and Manali is also open you can come and enjoy here in manali. This is best time to come and take enjoy in snow in manali.
