The weather is always pleasant in Singapore. As for accommodation, if you wish to stay where a large population of Indian expats live then choose Little India otherwise any other part also works. If you are a non vegetarian person then try eating at the local Hawkers Markets where an array of sumptuous meals are available at extremely pocket friendly prices. Being tourists, the entry tickets are very expensive so plan accordingly what you would like to visit.
