Hi, you can try zostel or mustache hostels, they offer good accommodation and common areas where you can meet and hang out with new people.

Why don't you book your Jaipur trip with a travel agency, it will be reasonable. I once planned my Classical Rajasthan Tour with a travel agency named Joy Travels. And it cost me around 20 thousand.
