Hey Ankita, I have done paragliding in Rs1000 in Manali. To get cheaper rates you have to go early morning like at 7AM.

Hi Ankita, that is the standard rate everywhere in Bir Billing, if thats the place you were talking about. You will not get it any cheaper unless you are friends with the vendors. You can go ahead with any operator with a Certified Instructor.
