First chose your destination and modes of transport wisely. Start with a place you already visited but may be didn't explore totally . Don't start with budget travel if you afford a few bucks extra. Eat healthy , preferably local food. Try to stay away from alcohol or other type of addictions. Bottom line, give it some time , gain some experience ... then after a couple of trips travel as you want.
