No it isn't clear that buses and trains are going to be resumed after 14th..plz stay where you are be safe...
UpvoteCommentHey Rajat, As of now, there is no news on whether state buses will resume from 15 April or not. However, flight and train booking has resumed for April 15 onwards. I would advise that you follow the official Twitter accounts of state-run bus services for more updates. Hope this helps. Stay safe! :)

As of now, govt didn't declared officially..I too got stuck in chennai. No proper accommodation and food, and wanna go to my home town kanyakumari, waiting for updation
