The points and rank (in case of competition) are shown correctly. However at times the server takes sometime to update the score board. You can try to refresh your page or may try to reopen the page after closing it completely.
The above remedy work for me and hope it does for you as well.

I too have been facing this problem, it might be because of some technical glitch..just don't worry keep uploading the memories, tripoto's server will look into it..happy travelling 😊
