Hi Pooja, I got a goodie bag in Feb but when I tried in Jan it said the same thing. Actually they provide only 10 bags in total each month, you must have redeemed after those were over. Try redeeming early next month.

It's usually the early in the month that they furnish the stock. And to my knowledge, there are only 10 bags at a time.
