It actually depends on what type of solo trip you need. If you want one of peace and relaxation, I'd suggest you go to Rishikesh. It's an amazing place in Uttarakhand. They even have activities like camping over there. The atmosphere over there is of oneness with nature. The music is soothing and the food is amazing. Hope you enjoy your trip.

Its better if u start from Simla and Manali. There u get to know the basic stuff of solo travel. Later you can aim for. Long places. And it also depends on how far you are from your home. Its better to start with near by places

Welcome ...
Ys..thankuuu soo muchh..
That's awesome ... then go ahead ... ping me if you need further help with itinerary ... Happy Travelling...
Go for a multi day trek. I would suggest somewhere in Uttarakhand but since you are in the south of the country, I am sure there are some great trails in Karnataka and AP. Best would be to join a trekking group. That way you'll feel safe and also end up interacting with folks from all over. If not a trek, I would recommend Vagamon in Kerala for a short trip. It's a beautiful hill station with meadows and pine forests and ideal if you are looking for a relaxing time.

One of the safest place I would suggest as a fellow traveller would be Pondicherry, TamilNadu. I have visited Pondicherry and couple of times and it is quite safe for solo girl travellers. There are lot of hotels and hostels you can book out. You can stay outside and roam around the streets about until 10pm and it is absolutely safe. If you have not travelled solo before, I highly suggest you by taking solo trips in your own city. May that be visiting a monumental site or a trek, start out by visiting solo. I hope this tips were helpful.
