Hi Akash, You can go to Parvati valley, Kasol - Mankaran - Kalga and do the Kheerganga trek, homestays in Kalga and hostels in Kasol are pretty cheap costing about INR 300 - 400 a room per night! Since it is the monsoon season right now you must monitor the weather before you go. For stay at Kheerganga, the dharamshala is still open, and the trek is scenic and not too hard!
The trek starts at Barshaini, there are multiple routes, from Kalga and one from Tosh. For more information on Kasol, Manikaran, Barshaini and Kalga you can read the following article.
You can visit Northeast India and complete the Dzukou Valley Trek one of the best in NE region with a completely camping zone in midst of the valley where rare exotic lilies bloom for only a time period and are available only in that place. Dzukou valley can be access via Kohima /Dimapur Airport or Railway station.
Trekking don't need a budget, all you need is a patience and good gear (very important) like shoes should be good, rain pouch, light backpack and a bag full of guts. So if you are new trekker then Valley of flower trek is one of the most beautiful and relevant for beginners. After that you can go for kedarnath trek, also you can trek short duration trek like triund trek, lake glacier trek etc. Soo good luck. Do your research about weather and all, before go alone in trek. Enjoy.
