You need a whole week to visit full of Kerala. The basic budget ranges between 12k to 20K based on your mode of travel and place of stay. I travelled for a week to Kerala couple of years before. My budget came upto 30k based on place of stay and transport. Since I travelled from chennai, I used train, ate in many mess to try local food.

Depends on number of days u want to visit, location and activities. around 10k budget will be the starting budget. If u want stay in house boat, range will be more more
