The entire amount will be payable upfront and will include your ticket for Manali to Rohtang and then the return journey to Manali. Museum of Himachal culture and Folk Art: - The Museum of Himachal Culture & Folk Art is one of Manalis major tourist attractions. If your budget is fixed..then go for Derahdun. At this time Manali will be little bit costly. but you can go for Kasol and Tosh. you will get so many home stay or budget hotels near Manikaram and Tosh. And you can travel through local transport. This could be also a better plan for you.
