The distance is 5 hours between two cities. There are regular buses, morning and short distance trains from Alleppey to Trivandrum. This way you can reach and explore Trivandrum.

By Public Bus transportation you can visit

Jatayu earth centre is in Kollam. So either you go to Varkala or Kollam railway station from Alleppey. KSRTC buses are also there.
