I feel for Mathura - Vrindavan 2 days are enough. If you have more days then you may cover Agra (3 UNESCO World Heritage Sites including Taj) as well which is only about 50 km from Mathura. You may either take train from Mumbai or take a flight to Agra (or Delhi which may be cheaper). The temples and places to be covered at Mathura are already mentioned Mr. Rajnikant Singh, you may include Govardhan Parvat, Ishkon Temple, Radha Raman Temple and Vishvas Ghat.
