Mahabaleshwar, Matheran, Lonavala in Maharashtra Valley of Flowers in Uttarakhand would be the best. In Kerala - Alleppey, Munnar, Wayanad. Shillong and Cherrapunji in Meghalaya. Also Coorg and Kodaikanal.

Dont prefer Sikkim, as road conditions become worst sometimes due to landslide.
