If u are comfortable with the train journey then You should first come from PURI to KATNI (MP) by train then
second from KATNI to CHITRAKOOT by train then finally from CHITRAKOOT to MATHURA by train. The journey i suggested, you can get the direct train for all routes as i told above.
This is the best for you make your trip by selecting date and take reservation for the train.
