You can directly go there and find it yourself. but best if you can find home stay, it would be cheaper. and yup Havelock is also costly for food and accommodation. but forget luxury if you want to save money. also scuba diving price is around 4k p.p., mind it. sometimes a deal found on Goibibo or similar sites like ...me found a p.g. hotel for only₹ 700 per room. and it was nice stay. surf and find.

Hi mate, I am planning a similar budget trip. Forget the pricey destination of Neil and Havelock. Go to Little Andaman. Overnight ferry starts from Port Blair. And the accommodation is pretty cheap. For Scuba you got to go to Havelock. I have some contact of people there. You can message me for details

But I would regret not going there, if I skip Niel or Havelock. Have you been there any time before?
Hi, there are plenty of places to visit in Andaman, you must explore the countless beautiful white sand beaches, the cellular jail, Ross island, Viper island, Try your hand with scuba and witness the coral reefs, also Havelock is not to be missed. The budget would depend upon how lavishly are you spending and where are you staying, you can eat decent and stay in a decent hotel with rs.1500-2000/day.

Hi, Andaman and nicobar is not a expensive place if you plan accordingly, I've been there twice, flights can be booked under 8k up and down if you book in advance, rooms starts from 800rs per day including breakfast, check prices in booking.com and reserve in prior near Port Blair market road as they increase prices with demand, food options are plenty near market road. must try jolly buoy Coral tour, 800 for boat. Havelock is commercial place check boat and rooms prior. any doubt drop a message. have a nice trip

Hey Ravi, First of all let me give you the details of cheap accommodation in port Blair : 1. Park Inn port Blair :- DAG Colony, Port Blair, Andaman and Nicobar Islands 744101 094342 71311 2. Aashiaanaa residency inn:- Marine Hill, Port Blair, Andaman and Nicobar Islands 744104 094742 17008 These two are the cheapest and best I could find for you, call them and try to get a booking for two nights in port Blair ... see that you catch an early morning flight from Chennai as you will have whole day to roam around in port Blair ...and also see that post 3 p.m dre are no flights from Andaman to Chennai or any other pace in India ... Now coming to the itinerary part ... here s the itinerary which I followed and you can also :- You can always plan your own itinerary ... Both in port Blair and in Havelock you get bikes for rent in 500 rupees per day and stay options you can book homestays in both the places ... All you need to worry is about booking cruise from port Blair to Havelock and then from Havelock to Neil island and then from Neil island to all the way back to port Blair ... Pre book your slots depending on your itinerary here on makruzz link directly for all the islands they offer the cruise .... They are best in business in Andaman ... http://www.makruzz.com/site/ And for itinerary you would need a sweet 5 days to cover all the three islands .... Day 1 and 2 :- Port Blair Corbyn's cove beach Veer savarkar jail Chidiya tapu beach Vandoor beach Marine museum Day 3 and 4 :- Havelock island Scuba diving near Hetty in Havelock island Sunset in Radhanagar beach Elephant beach Trekking Kalapathar beach for a pic in your Instagram Day 5 :- Neil island A pic at natural bridge ... A roam around the beaches And then cruise back to port Blair from Neil and leave to port Blair the same day ... See that it's always best to take an early morning flight to port Blair and also an exit on early morning from port Blair as the airport doesn't welcome flights post 4 on the evening ... Hope this will help you ... Happy Travelling Bro!!!

Andaman is always costly. I don't think you will find anything online in this budget. You may be find basic homestay there but not sure about.
