Hrctc timetable is available online on their website. It ws very useful for me as there are limited buses that ply on certain routes.
HRTC operates to and fro from Shimla, Manali, Dharamshala, Leh, Ladakh and Delhi. Since this trek starts from Leh, you need to enquire at HRTC website before travelling.
