I want to visit a country or a set of not very distant countries with a mix of Beach and Snow covered Peaks. No. of Days : 10-12, Time of Travel : May 2019. I know its pretty early but am hoping to get early bird deals on hotels and flights.

I guess your best bet is New Zealand. There won't be snow and beach together anywhere else around since it will be summer in May.

Well, Switzerland and Greece would be a great idea. But if you want to go on a less traveled route head to the Irkutsk region of Russia. May is a good time to go as you'll find snow and also the Baikal lake beach. Baikal lake FYI is the deepest lake in the world.
