Hello Kapil,
I had visited Dalhousie in May. You can stay in hotels near by the bus stand. I had stayed in hotel Mongas. It had cost me arounf 3k at that time and was very good. Main places to visit are > Dainkund peak
> Khajjar
> Chamera Lake

Zostel Dalhousie is very cheap and at a serene location....there is also a Magic tree cafe nearby .
