Yes there are many packages available for Goa based upon planned budget. Although would suggest to craft your own itinerary as you have a group. Customise what to see and where to stay. It saves a lot and you can discover at your own pace. It's not too much of a hassle. Whereas with package tour you will have limited time to explore every place plus its costly.
However if you are comfortable with package tour then look for some package deals from websites like MMT, Travel Triangle, Yatra etc or contact a tour operator in your city. Find a package that fits your budget. All the best.

Why are looking for package? Find a good hotel or a studio apartment online and depending on the days you're staying, plan the places you can visit. That'll save your money.

Goa packages can be too expensive and its not worth it. make an itinerary of your own that's much cheaper.
